London Fashion Week: Highlights. Part 1

LFW has finally started. I`ve already told you what does LFW mean to me (here and also here). Every year, observing fashion shows I find something new and special, discover new designers for myself. Today I`ll tell about 3 shows that have impressed me so far.

Moschino Cheap And Chic
This time brand saved it`s feminine style but completed it with rock and punk strokes. It`s atrue London vision.Black-and-white colours, pink spots and eternal leopard print.

 Julien Macdonald
Elegant, good-looking short dresses. Geometric lines and decorations, including lace and bullion fringe, make it smart and modern.

House of Holland
They thought Henry Holland can`t surprise us with bright colours but he made again. This time it`s not only brightness, it`s about mind-blowing prints and figures that give old-fashioned dresses and skirts new life. They say, he is getting on for thirty and Henry Holland decided to remember his crazy youth.

Rihanna for River Island
Rihanna reveals her debut River Island collection. It`s unusual catwalk to hip-hop and R`n`B sounds. It`s a pure reflection of Rihanna`s personal style: her roots, her music, her lifestyle, the streets. Main trends are: long dresses, hight slit skirts, extremely short briefs and tops.
